• We provide packaging for both wholesale and retail customers.
• Custom LDPE tubing and heat‑sealed bags are available upon request.
3. Orders & Payments
• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
• Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and location. shipment cost may very according to third-party agreements.
• CHOW PACK is not liable for delays caused by third‑party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
• Customers must notify CHOW PACK within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned items are inspected.
6. Wholesale Accounts
• Wholesale pricing is available to registered business customers.
• Minimum order quantities may apply.
• CHOW PACK reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale account applications.

11. Limitation of Claims & Dispute Resolution
• By using this website, you agree that CHOW PACK, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our products or services.
• Customers waive the right to pursue legal proceedings against CHOW PACK in any court of law for any reason.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, under South African law.
• You further agree that any claim must be brought within 6 months of the cause of action, failing which it will be permanently barred.
12. Custom Products
• Production Time: Custom‑made products, including LDPE tubing and heat‑sealed bags, may require longer lead times than standard items. Estimated timelines will be provided, but delays may occur depending on specifications and production capacity.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for following up on the status of custom orders. CHOW PACK will provide updates when possible, but proactive communication from the customer is required.
• Order Confirmation: All custom product specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins. CHOW PACK will not be liable for errors, omissions, or discrepancies that were not agreed upon prior to order confirmation.
• Non‑Liability for Errors: If a customer fails to provide complete or accurate specifications, or later requests changes after confirmation, CHOW PACK will not be held responsible for any resulting mistakes, delays, or costs.
• No Returns or Refunds: Custom products are manufactured to client specifications and therefore cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless proven defective due to CHOW PACK’s manufacturing process.
• Risk Allocation: By placing a custom order, the customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of specifications and acknowledges that CHOW PACK’s liability is strictly limited to producing the order as confirmed.
